About The Position

We are a fast-growing event marketing and experiential agency specializing in brand activations, corporate events, and live marketing experiences. We are seeking a motivated Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of engaging client events. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, energetic, and passionate about event planning, marketing, and live experiences. You will play a key role in ensuring events run smoothly from planning through execution.

Requirements

Previous experience in event planning, coordination, hospitality, or marketing is a plus but not required
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events
Communicate with clients to understand event goals, branding, and expectations
Provide updates on event progress and respond to client inquiries
Support event logistics including setup, breakdown, scheduling, and coordination
Ensure all event materials and supplies are prepared in advance
Provide on-site support during events (registration, guest management, troubleshooting)
Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, design, and production
Work with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless event execution
Collect feedback from clients and attendees for improvement
Assist with post-event reports and performance summaries
