About The Position

Position Summary The entry level ERP Data Reporting Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and analytical support across sales, logistics, and accounting functions. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate ERP data, generating operational reports and projections, supporting billing and inventory processes, and ensuring documentation compliance for transportation and logistics activities. While the position includes front desk responsibilities such as greeting customers and answering phones, the primary focus is on billing, ERP inventory management, operational reporting, and data analysis that supports executive decision-making. This role requires advanced Microsoft Excel skills and entry-level Power BI capabilities to produce accurate sales, inventory, and operational projections for company leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales, inventory, and operational projections using data pulled from the ERP system
  • Build and maintain advanced Excel reports and dashboards
  • Assist with Power BI reports and visualizations for management and ownership
  • Analyze trends in sales, inventory movement, and logistics costs
  • Present reports and findings to executive leadership
  • Receive and process inventory transactions within the ERP system
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
  • Create and process customer invoices through the ERP system
  • Monitor order-related logistics costs and ensure costs are correctly tied to specific orders
  • Track and maintain documentation for outside logistics carriers
  • Ensure Proof of Delivery (POD) is obtained for all shipments to support billing
  • Verify CDL drivers submit all required delivery documentation
  • Assist with booking logistics appointments when needed
  • Greet and assist will-call customers
  • Process customer payments at the front desk
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Interact with vendor representatives and cold callers
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
