About The Position

The Entry Level Customer Training Specialist plays a vital role in facilitating the transition of customers to the Reynolds and Reynolds software system. This position involves extensive travel, approximately 80% of the time, to provide training and support to customers, ensuring they can effectively utilize the software. The specialist will work closely with dealership management to customize the system according to their needs and will also support existing customers from a home office when not traveling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel (overnight hotel stays) 80% of the time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing and friendly personality.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Travel extensively to customer sites for software installation and training, approximately 80% of the time.
• Customize the software system based on the specific needs of each dealership.
• Conduct training sessions for key dealership personnel on how to use the software solution.
• Support current customers and conduct follow-ups from the home office when not traveling.
• Prepare for future trips and manage logistics related to customer training.
