• Exceptional active listening skills and the ability to leverage probing questions
• An enthusiastic, ambitious, and charismatic personality
• The ability to build rapport with customers of varying personalities
• The ability to work flexible hours
• High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor Degree Preferred!
• Reliable transportation is a must!

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers by providing professional, courteous, and genuine service
• Identify and resolve any potential needs the customer may have by educating them on services provided and any sales promotions
• Meet or exceed business production goals and sales objectives as established by upper management
• Reveal opportunities to cross-sell and/or upsell additional products and services offered by our clients
• Collaborate with management, customer service associates, and sales teams to stay updated on new products, services, sales, or policy changes
• Represent our clients with rectitude by complying with all company-mandated policies and procedures
• Foster strong relationships with new customers to maintain a high level of client satisfaction
