Responsibilities

  • Speaking with union members who have requested information about their benefits
  • Scheduling and leading virtual meetings (via Zoom or similar platforms)
  • Explaining coverage options clearly and professionally
  • Managing client information and applications using simple online tools
  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance through documentation and follow-ups
  • Participating in professional development sessions to build leadership and communication skills
  • Collaborating with your team to meet performance goals and celebrate shared success
