About The Position

In this role, you’ll connect with union members who have requested details about their available benefits, schedule and lead virtual consultations (via Zoom or other platforms), explain coverage options in a clear, personalized, and professional way, manage client applications and documents through easy-to-use online systems, ensure compliance, accuracy, and excellent service in every interaction, participate in ongoing training and development to build communication and leadership skills, and work collaboratively with your team to meet goals and celebrate achievements. From day one, you’ll be supported by experienced mentors and leaders who are dedicated to helping you succeed.

Requirements

  • Strong communicators who listen actively and speak with confidence
  • Motivated, upbeat, and compassionate toward others
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities
