Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfort using computers, video platforms, and digital tools.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States or Canada.

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is an asset (but not required).

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound communication with union members.
• Scheduling and conducting virtual or phone-based appointments.
• Presenting benefit programs in a professional, informative, and engaging manner.
• Completing digital forms and applications with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintaining high standards of quality control and compliance.
• Participating in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development.
