Requirements

  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or team-based work (preferred)
  • Strong communication and listening skills with professional presentation
  • Comfortable with Zoom and digital forms/documentation

Responsibilities

  • Connect with members virtually through Zoom or phone to review available coverage options
  • Provide clear, personalized explanations to help families make confident decisions
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed on time
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve shared goals and deliver excellent service
  • Participate in team discussions, bringing ideas that support growth and improvement
