About The Position

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the face of our nonprofit partners at live events and promotional campaigns . You’ll engage directly with the public, communicate impactful messages, and help drive fundraising success while developing valuable communication, leadership, and people skills.

Requirements

  • Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable speaking with new people
  • Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Coachable, positive, and eager to learn
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Reliable, professional, and available for an immediate full-time start

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, promotions, or fundraising is a plus—but not required

Responsibilities

  • Interact with the public at live events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach programs
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service to event attendees, donors, and supporters
  • Communicate nonprofit missions, campaign goals, and fundraising initiatives clearly and confidently
  • Answer questions and provide accurate information about campaigns and organizations
  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site coordination
  • Build strong relationships with community members and partner organizations
  • Maintain an energetic, positive, and professional presence at all events
