This Entry Level Customer Service Representative role at J.B. Solutions does not require previous experience with equipment, as acceptance is mainly determined by the interview process. Necessary product skills and knowledge will be learned at the company upon acceptance. The position involves providing effective customer service to both existing and potential customers, implementing solutions to emerging problems with accuracy and adaptability, and reducing labor-intensive functions. Primary functions include working with modular appliances and accessories such as turbo accessories, high-speed buffers, sanders, and multi-surface cleaners. The role also encompasses sales, light assembly, installation, and delivery. You will coordinate with staff to serve the client base and gain experience in customer retention, advertising, and marketing. Responsibilities include answering product and service questions, recommending other services, processing orders, and fulfilling client needs to ensure satisfaction and company growth. Employees will operate in teams or individually based on previous experience, cover a market territory, and achieve target coverage within the region.
