About The Position

Our growing event marketing and nonprofit fundraising team is hiring a full-time Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to support live promotional events and community outreach campaigns. This position is ideal for candidates seeking entry-level experience in customer service, event marketing, fundraising, or brand promotion . No prior experience is required — we provide paid training and hands-on mentorship. Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage directly with the public at live events, represent nonprofit partners, and help create a positive experience for attendees and supporters. This is a face-to-face, event-based role — not a call center position.
