Position Overview As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you’ll represent our company and nonprofit partners at live events, brand activations, and community outreach programs. This public-facing role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in energetic environments, and want hands-on experience in customer service, event marketing, and fundraising. No prior experience is required — we provide paid training, one-on-one mentorship, and real-world event experience, along with clear opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with event attendees, donors, and community members in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide outstanding customer service at live events and outreach programs
  • Communicate campaign and fundraising information clearly and confidently
  • Answer questions and create positive, memorable experiences for participants
  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site support
