Position Overview As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company at live events, brand activations, and community outreach programs. Responsibilities

  • Engage attendees, donors, and participants at live events and community programs
  • Deliver professional, friendly, and approachable customer service
  • Share campaign and fundraising information and answer questions confidently
  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site support
