Entry Level Customer Outreach Representative

We are hiring! We are looking for an ambitious leader with a strong sense of community to join our rapidly expanding team. The Entry Level Outreach Representative will work directly with management from the Customer Service and Sales departments to facilitate and execute all of our designated community relations and client sales campaigns within the local region. The Entry Level Outreach Representative will be required to interact directly with potential customers throughout the local area with the goal of generating consumer interest and sales for our clients. This role is essential in building relationships and creating awareness about our clients' products and services, which can significantly benefit the community in the long run. In this position, you will collaborate with upper management to create community-focused outreach campaigns specifically tailored for our telecommunications clients. You will assist with sales generation and brand recognition initiatives alongside other Outreach Representatives, utilizing local communication and problem-solving skills. A key aspect of your role will be to foster a strong sense of connection with community members, ensuring that they are well-informed about the products and services available to them. You will also attend and participate in meetings with other entry-level representatives and management to stay updated on current trends and sales practices, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of all marketing and sales strategies relevant to your role.
