About The Position

We’re seeking motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Communications Assistants, supporting live events, community outreach, and in-person promotional campaigns. This is a hands-on, entry-level role that offers experience in face-to-face communications, event engagement, and public outreach while building a foundation for a career in event communications and nonprofit or brand promotion.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and confident in face-to-face communication
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced event environment
• Team-oriented but able to work independently
• 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Available for weekends and evenings

Responsibilities

• Represent organizations professionally at live events, fundraisers, and community campaigns
• Communicate key messages directly to attendees and the public
• Engage, inform, and inspire participation in events and initiatives
• Assist with event setup, logistics, and on-site coordination
• Track interactions and collect feedback during events
• Collaborate with event teams to ensure smooth execution and consistent messaging
