In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exemplary service and ensuring that their needs are met efficiently. Job: On site Location: Los Angeles, CA Pay Range: $950 - $1300 per week
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Manage and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Maintain clear and effective communication between departments to facilitate information flow.
- Assist in preparing communication materials such as emails, newsletters, and reports.
- Support the planning and execution of outreach events and campaigns.
- Gather client feedback and relay it to the appropriate departments to improve services.
