Position Overview We are searching for a motivated and organized Entry-Level Communications Assistant to join our Los Angeles team. This role supports internal and client communications, helps coordinate projects, and ensures that information flows efficiently throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented.
  • Comfortable learning new office systems and software.
  • No prior experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing internal and client-facing communications.
  • Support project coordination and documentation.
  • Draft and format reports, memos, and basic correspondence.
  • Maintain organized files, records, and documentation.
  • Help track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Perform general administrative support for the communications department.
