We’re currently seeking an Entry Level Civil Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. You’ll be part of a culture that values deep collaboration, technical excellence, and continual growth. As a member of our civil engineering team, you will work on a broad range of projects. Examples of completed projects include Edwards Lifesciences, County of Orange Administration, and San Marcos High School. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across our studios in California and Texas—and help bring high-performance, community-first design to life.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Broad understanding of civil engineering principles with experience in site development.
  • Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment.
  • Curious and open to learning.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Engineers and Project Managers in the successful execution of assigned project tasks and deliverables.
  • Prepare and coordinate presentations and technical documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction document phases.
  • Review, track, and process construction administration documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Participate in professional associations and industry activities to support continued learning and professional growth.
