Requirements

• Willingness to register as a California Home Care Aide (HCA)
• Negative TB test within the past 2 years (or willingness to complete one)
• Basic English communication skills
• Ability to travel to client homes throughout San Diego County
• Comfort using a smartphone for basic communication and care documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to older adults

• $17.50/hour starting rate for new caregivers
• $21-$23/hour for on-call/stand-by shifts (with mileage reimbursement)
