About The Position

Are you interested in a helping pet parents book appointments and learn about the right products for their pets?

ShotVet is seeking skilled call center agents to work On-Site at our Longwood, FL office. Join our growing team of folks who help pet parents find our pop-up events, locate records, purchase products and packages, etc. We are one of the fastest growing companies in America!

Schedule: Full Time - 36-40 hours per week

(Two days off during week, WEEKENDS SAT & SUNDAYS REQUIRED); Hours of operation - 9am - 9pm

Requirements

• Love for dogs and cats
• HS Diploma or GED Required
• Enjoy helping people in a calm and loving way
• Can handle multiple calls and chats
• Desire to learn about different veterinary vaccines and products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior exposure to Dialpad
• Experience in a call center or veterinary setting
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls / chats and responding to client inquiries and concerns
• Providing accurate information about our services and products
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating with our field team
• Maintaining client records and updating our database
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
