We provide paid training, hands-on experience, and one-on-one mentorship, giving you the opportunity to develop real-world marketing skills while representing national brands at live events and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable interacting with new people

• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Interest in marketing, promotions, or events is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, or events is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Represent well-known client brands with professional, upbeat, and consistent messaging
• Engage with customers face-to-face at live events, pop-up activations, and experiential marketing campaigns
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics
• Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve campaign performance
• Collaborate with marketing teams and fellow Brand Ambassadors to achieve campaign goals
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional presence at all events
