About The Position

We’re hiring enthusiastic, outgoing Brand Ambassadors to join our growing marketing team! This entry-level marketing opportunity is perfect for individuals looking to launch a career in brand marketing, event promotions, experiential marketing, and customer engagement—no prior experience required.
We provide paid training, hands-on experience, and one-on-one mentorship from day one, so you can build real-world marketing skills while representing national brands at live events and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable interacting with new people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and motivation to grow
• Reliable, team-oriented, and professional
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Interest in marketing, promotions, or events preferred
• Experience in customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, or events is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent well-known client brands with professional, upbeat, and consistent messaging
• Engage face-to-face with customers at live events, pop-up activations, and experiential marketing campaigns
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics
• Collect customer feedback and share insights to help optimize campaign performance
• Collaborate with marketing teams and fellow Brand Ambassadors to achieve campaign goals
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional presence at all events
