About The Position

As an Entry-Level Automotive Service Advisor , you’ll be the face of our service department, assisting customers with their vehicle maintenance and repair needs. No prior experience in automotive service is required—we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed! Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A strong interest in the automotive industry and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced dealership environment .
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and data entry.
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and listen to their vehicle concerns.
• Clearly explain recommended services and repairs in a customer-friendly manner.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and obtain customer approvals.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely vehicle servicing.
• Keep customers updated on their vehicle’s status throughout the service process.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and repair orders.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold dealership standards.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
