Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn
Compassionate advocate with a client-first mindset

Nice To Haves

Prior experience or internship in personal injury law a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of personal injury cases with the guidance of senior attorneys
Conduct client interviews, evaluate claims, and provide compassionate legal counsel
Draft pleadings, discovery, and correspondence with precision and professionalism
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters
Participate in depositions, mediations, and hearings as part of your professional development
Negotiate settlements that protect and empower clients
Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely case progress
Maintain organized case files and uphold firm standards of excellence
