About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Assistant Manager to support day-to-day operations across event marketing, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach initiatives. This role is designed for individuals interested in leadership development, nonprofit fundraising, and experiential marketing, with structured training and clear advancement opportunities. The Assistant Manager will work closely with senior leadership to help coordinate campaigns, support team performance, and ensure high-quality execution at live events and fundraising activations. Position Overview As an Entry-Level Assistant Manager, you will assist in managing event operations, supporting marketing teams, and overseeing fundraising and outreach efforts. This role provides hands-on leadership experience while developing skills in team coordination, campaign management, fundraising strategy, and client relations.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of event marketing and fundraising campaigns

  • Ensure events are executed according to brand and nonprofit partner standards
