Requirements

  • Strong communicator and natural leader with problem-solving skills
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and coachable with a hands-on approach
  • Passionate about nonprofits, advocacy, and community engagement
  • High school diploma or GED required (college coursework a plus)
  • 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer service, sales, retail, or event marketing a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of nonprofit fundraising and outreach campaigns
  • Coach, motivate, and develop your team to achieve outreach goals
  • Represent nonprofit partners at live events and community activations
  • Oversee event logistics including setup, scheduling, and onsite coordination
  • Track performance metrics and provide constructive feedback for improvement
  • Participate in leadership training, workshops, and strategy sessions
  • Support ongoing campaign growth and long-term client success
