Dewberry Architects, Inc. is seeking an energetic Architectural Design Professional to join our growing design team in our Orlando, FL office. Dewberry’s Architecture Practice has an exciting opportunity for the right individual to begin implementing their design and technical skills to support a variety of exciting clients and projects. Requirements

  • Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture from an accredited university required.
  • Minimum of (1) internship experience with an architectural firm or equivalent is required.
  • Intern Development Program (IDP) process started with ultimate goal of licensure.
  • Competent in Revit (BIM), SketchUp and other modeling programs.
  • Skillful in Creative Adobe Suite applications Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
  • A design portfolio or sampling of work will be required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and ability to pass a driving record background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles is beneficial, and LEED AP is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture from an accredited university is required.
  • Minimum of Two (2) years of experience with an architectural firm or equal experience is desired.
  • Intern Development Program (IDP) process started with goal of licensure.
  • Demonstrated experience with REVIT, Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
  • Established digital and traditional rendering and graphics abilities.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles is beneficial and LEED AP preferable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
