About The Position
Self Storage Consulting Group (SSCG) a Real Estate Development company is a leading provider of real estate development. SS Architecture, LLC is a subsidiary and in-house architectural design arm of SSCG. Functions: Preparing detailed drawings showing both the appearance and interior structure of a building project Visiting building worksites to ensure work is being done according to architectural plans Developing and giving presentations to inform the public about upcoming building projects
Requirements
- Ability to work with architectural software to create building plans
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to large groups
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Willing and able to obtain California registration
- Microsoft Office: Intermediate
- Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit
- Master Degree in Architecture required
Responsibilities
- Preparing detailed drawings showing both the appearance and interior structure of a building project
