What We Need From You- Job Duties and Requirements: Review daily appointment schedules and be prepared to greet customers in the drive with knowledge of their appointment Generate repair orders for customers Dispatch the job to the proper technician Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor Calculate customer’s payment Answer incoming calls from customers to address concerns and set appointments for future service needs Make outgoing calls to customers to update them on the status of their vehicle in service. Any additional training or responsibilities as deemed necessary by Service Manager
