About The Position

MSXI has identified an opening for a Program Coordinator to oversee the coordination and administration of all aspects on multiple programs. The Program Coordinator will play a critical role in planning, organizing, monitoring, and reporting on the progress of different programs while working closely with the clients for their overall success.

Requirements

  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in Program Coordination and/or Project Management within an automotive environment
  • High level of organizational and administrative skillset within a project management environment
  • Extremely proficient in the MS Office Suite
  • Highly organized individual with experience in managing a program and its financial impact
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and activities, including budgets, scheduling, analytics, etc.
  • Experience in process innovation with the ability to look for opportunities for improvement and act accordingly

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage the program budget ensuring that costs incurred are monitored against plans
  • Monitor and report progress on the overall success of the program
  • Identify issues and initiate corrective action as necessary
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with all stakeholders both within the MSX International team and the client’s organization
  • Responsible and accountable for the coordination of multiple related projects directed toward strategic business and other organizational objectives
  • Manage and resolve dependencies between the projects of the program
  • Responsible for program quality and the processes within that program
  • Report overall program status to the steering group at regular intervals, as well as an ad-hoc basis
  • Responsible and accountable for deliverables from third-parties as necessary
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance
  • Maintain the program plan with demonstrated key deliverables and operational practices within a team environment
  • Provides input to the Business Owner regarding identified program improvement opportunities
