About The Position

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that requires direct communication with suppliers, commercial discussions, negotiation exposure, and proficient management of purchase orders. The role involves tracking and closing purchase orders, handling order and shipment follow-ups, resolving delays, and maintaining accurate purchasing data in ERP or structured systems.

Requirements

• Great entry - mid level opportunity for recent Supply Chain Grad
• 1-2 years experience or an internship in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain preferred
• Proficiency in purchase order management and negotiation.
• Comfortable communicating with vendors over the phone
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with suppliers and conduct follow-ups.
• Engage in commercial discussions and negotiations.
