About the position
A leading construction company is seeking an Entry Level Accounting Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for various accounting tasks including but not limited to: Accounts payable invoice processing, three-way matching of invoices to purchase orders and receipts, reconciliations, using Microsoft Excel, and much more!
Responsibilities
- Responsible for invoice processing using Accounting software
- Three-way matching of invoices to purchase orders and receipts
- Performing reconciliations regularly
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Accounting internship experience
- Proficient with excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP's)
