About The Position

The Entry Level Accounting Clerk/Bank Wire Transfer Clerk at Fidelity National Title is responsible for supporting field offices with escrow accounting transactions. Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming/outgoing escrow account activity
• Review and release outbound wires
• Communicate with the bank to expedite queued wires
• Maintain compliance with OFAC review
• Regularly communicate with field offices regarding escrow account requests
• Record monthly investment interest
• Review positive pay exceptions daily
• Prepare investment bank reconciliations for monthly reporting
• Manage escheatment of dormant escrow funds
