About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Accounting and Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist with accounting functions, respond to customer inquiries, provide product and service information, resolve issues, and document interactions. Product training provided.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or higher
  • 1–3 years’ experience required
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical, organizational, listening and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • SAP experience a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank and balance sheet accounts
  • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
