About The Position

As an Entry-Level Accountant at Arrivia, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. You'll be responsible for various accounting tasks, including bank reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Acumatica is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process daily check deposits, electronic deposits, and payments for all company cash and merchant accounts.
• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
• Reconcile bank accounts and identify any discrepancies.
• Analyze specific general ledger accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures.
• Perform other accounting tasks as assigned.
