About The Position

We’re looking for a charismatic, outgoing, people-focused individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Outside Sales / Account Manager. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals coming from hospitality, retail, customer service, or other people-centric environments who are excited to build a long-term career in staffing, sales, and client management. No prior sales experience is required — we hire for personality, grit, and potential. In this role, you will build your own book of business by identifying new clients (“hunting”) and managing and growing the accounts you bring in (“farming”). If you’re energized by meeting new people, building connections, and solving problems, you will thrive here.

Responsibilities

  • Identify companies that may need staffing support
  • Reach out through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person visits
  • Introduce our services clearly, confidently, and professionally
  • Build and track your outreach pipeline using our CRM
  • Schedule meetings with prospective and existing customers to perform sales discovery
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients you bring on
  • Understand each client’s hiring needs and business challenges
  • Serve as their main point of contact and deliver an exceptional experience
  • Partner with internal recruiters to match candidates effectively
  • Proactively grow and expand your accounts through excellent service
  • Communicate job requirements clearly to the recruiting team
  • Support candidate selection and job matching efforts
  • Maintain communication with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements
