Requirements

Responsibilities

• Ability to discuss accounts with current and new customers.
• Working with customers to provide support and answer any and all questions.
• Support current customers by handling phone calls, transfers, claims, and correspondence.
• Establish positive working relationships with clients and all corresponding businesses to ensure tasks are completed in a prompt manner.
