Responsibilities

• Meet with customers in-person at local retail partners, tradeshows, events, and movie premieres.
• Act as a brand ambassador and conduct product promotions through group and individual presentations.
• Answer and troubleshoot customer questions and concerns, analyze customer savings, and overcome objections.
• Assist customers through the enrollment process and provide ongoing sales support.
• Provide follow-up contact information regarding customer accounts for any inquiries.
• Update records in the CRM system.
• Work with top sales producers to enhance sales strategies.
• Assist management with setting monthly sales goals and forecasting territory growth once comfortable.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings with upper management to discuss marketing strategies and material needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High energy and integrity with a winning attitude.
