A position as an Entry Laboratory Science Professional is available within the Organoid and Tissue Modeling Shared Resource (OTMSR) at the University of Colorado Anschutz. This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) position. The Organoid and Tissue Modeling Shared Resource (OTMSR) provides cutting-edge services and expertise in in vitro 3D tissue culture modeling to researchers across the CU Anschutz campus. In this role, you will work with human 3D organoids, CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing tools, and engineered stem cell lines. Daily responsibilities will include the generation and culture of organoid cell lines, the execution and optimization of experimental protocols, and the use of advanced imaging and molecular tools. The Organoid and Tissue Modeling Shared Resource (OTMSR) at CU Anschutz provides a stimulating environment for mastering 3D cell culture, genetic engineering, and stem cell differentiation protocols. In this role, you will utilize cutting-edge cell culture techniques, gene editing tools, and advanced instrumentation to develop novel in vitro models to study complex human development and disease.
