About The Position

Operation Breakthrough is seeking an engaging and motivated Entrepreneurship Facilitator to lead our high school Entrepreneurship Lab. This role focuses on delivering hands-on, project-based learning experiences that introduce students to business concepts, innovation, and real-world career skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Entrepreneurship, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience working with high school students preferred
• Knowledge of entrepreneurship, business, or financial literacy
• Strong communication, facilitation, and mentorship skills
• Passion for youth development and education

Nice To Haves

• Experience with project-based or experiential learning
• Entrepreneurial or small business experience
• Background in workforce development or career readiness programs

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily entrepreneurship sessions for high school students
• Lead students through business idea development, planning, and pitching
• Teach foundational concepts such as financial literacy, marketing, and budgeting
• Create engaging, project-based learning experiences
• Build a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Collaborate with staff, community partners, and guest speakers
• Track student progress and provide mentorship and feedback
• Support workforce readiness and leadership skill development
