About The Position
This temporary position is for an Entertainment Representative Regional at Tropicana Atlantic City, responsible for selling tickets for various entertainment venues and events across the Atlantic City region. This includes the Showroom, IMAX Theatre, special events, and exhibits. Key duties involve handling all incoming calls and ADA reservations efficiently and courteously, processing ticket reservations through the ticketing system, and managing the registration and distribution of complimentary show tickets. The role may also involve performing special assignments as requested by upper management. Responsibilities
- Selling tickets for the Showroom, IMAX Theatre, special events, exhibits and other functions for the Atlantic City region.
- Handles all incoming calls and ADA reservations in an efficient and courteous manner
- Processes incoming ticket reservations through the ticketing system; registers and distributes complimentary show tickets.
- May perform special assignments for upper management as requested.
