About The Position

JOB SUMMARY: Provides administrative support and event coordination assistance to the Director and the regional Entertainment Managers within the Atlantic City Region. DIRECTLY SUPERVISES: NA Atlantic City Operations ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Responsible for routing all Entertainment event contracts and check requests for executive approval to completion. Coordinates show advance of hotel rooms, catering and transportation for entertainment acts in the Atlantic City region. Communicates with the regional Box Office team and internal departments to ensure that all details for scheduled entertainment acts are handled properly. Coordinates meet and greet events for Entertainers and guests. Maintains inventory and orders supplies and gifts as needed. Updates and maintains customer/client information to accurately reflect their perspective profile. Enters Entertainment financial data into month-end reporting documents. Works with other departments to coordinate the Entertainment’s responsibilities for property-wide promotions and events. Responsible for assisting with Entertainment technical labor scheduling relating to Nightlife Entertainment programming and special events. May perform special assignments for upper management as requested. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma required. College degree in Marketing helpful but not required. One year of related experience working with Entertainment related events. QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent written, organizational and verbal communication skills. Must be organized and detail- oriented Must have excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office programs Works exceptionally well under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines and high- volume demand. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Must be able to communicate in English, verbally and in writing Proficient in using computers for daily tasks to include data entry, file management, and internet navigation. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite for document creation, data analysis, presentations, and email communication. WORK ENVIRONMENT : Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes. Requirements
