Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis or workflow automation
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience with Jack Henry Enterprise Workflow or similar financial workflow platforms.
  • Ability to travel to Mercantile locations throughout the state as needed.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g. Visio, Lucidchart) and documentation standards
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team environment
  • A keen attention to detail and the ability to consider all stakeholders in decision-making.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Jack Henry core systems (e.g. SilverLake, Symitar)
  • Knowledge of XML, SOAP APIs or programming languages like Python, C# or Java
  • Experience collaborating on teams using Agile practices including sprint planning and backlog refinement
  • Familiarity with process automation tools or low-code platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement workflow solutions within Jack Henry Enterprise Workflow by analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and configuring/testing workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, maintain documentation, and provide training and support on workflow functionality and best practices.
  • Ensure governance and continuous improvement by monitoring workflow performance, troubleshooting issues, ensuring compliance, and partnering with IT/vendor teams for upgrades and enhancements.
