Job Title Enterprise Training Professional What does a successful Enterprise Training Professional do at Fiserv? As a successful Enterprise Training Professional, you will deliver core System and technical product training to our Issuer Solution clients who issue credit cards to customers.

Requirements

• Experience designing and delivering training using adult learning principles
• Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment
• Proven collaboration and organizational skills
• College degree or equivalent experience
• You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.
• This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in financial services, issuer processing or system/product training
• Familiarity with client onboarding or implementation environments

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high‑quality training solutions for Fiserv Issuer Solutions clients
• Support client onboarding and ongoing adoption by applying adult learning methodologies, delivering system and product training and representing Fiserv with professionalism in all client interactions
• Develop and maintain educational tools and strategies to deliver effective education that is consistent with our clients needs and expectations
• Employ standard adult learning methodologies in all training materials/courses
