We’re looking for an experienced Unified Communications and Collaboration Practitioner to join our team and help drive the future of our enterprise telephony and voice collaboration environment. In this role, you’ll support a modern, global voice ecosystem spanning Cisco, Microsoft, SaaS, IP Tel, and traditional PSTN calling platforms. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical depth, commitment to operational excellence, and strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in IP and voice networking, enterprise telephony or unified communications.
  • Experienced with CUCM, Unity, PRI, SIP, Telco Engagement with U.S. and international carriers.
  • Proficient in Windows, MacOS, Linux CLI, Cisco routers and switches
  • Knowledgeable in Cisco Voice Gateways, Cisco SBCs, Telco gateways.
  • Knowledgeable in Cloud calling solutions, Webex multi‑tenant, MS Teams Phone.
  • Proficient in VoIP, DNS, IP routing/switching, CoS/QoS.
  • Project management and system design experience.
  • Flexibility for nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver day‑to‑day operational excellence and L3 support across enterprise telephony and voice collaboration systems.
  • Lead planning and design efforts, including architecture diagrams and system documentation.
  • Draft, support, and execute structured change management activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage project scope and timelines.
  • Engage directly with telecom carriers for escalations and provisioning.
  • Contribute to and support on‑prem to SaaS cloud migration initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across PRI, SIP, SBCs, VoIP, and cloud platforms.
  • Flexibility to support evening and weekend change windows based on business needs.
