As an Enterprise Technology Analyst, you will partner with regional business leaders to identify, implement, and optimize scalable enterprise technology solutions that enhance client and colleague experiences and accelerate measurable business outcomes. You will conduct business analysis, surface solution recommendations, and lead end to end integration to ensure reliable adoption while positioning IT as a proactive strategic partner. We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: Proven success building strategic relationships with executive and senior leadership to align and prioritize technology initiatives with organizational goals Experience managing intake of new technology solution requests, supporting business case development and evaluating ROI of new solutions Proficient at sourcing and recommending technology solutions based on business requirements and objectives Successful delivery of medium-to-large-scale technology projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution, while collaborating cross-functionally Experience leading AI adoption and innovation by embedding AI tools in operations Skilled in applying organizational change management best practices and using project planning tools to keep stakeholders informed and ensure successful outcomes Strong understanding of portfolio application management and rationalization, including the ability to assess, categorize, and optimize the application landscape to align with business goals Skilled in translating business strategy into actionable technology roadmaps and maintaining a well-groomed backlog of prioritized projects These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: 5-7 years of experience in a consulting, business analyst, or relationship management role within an insurance agency, including direct experience with Information Technology Experience leading complex change initiatives; demonstrated skills in change management Proven experience conducting business analysis and soliciting, understanding, and verifying business requirements Proficiency in software implementation methodologies, change management practices, and end user training Strong expertise in digital transformation and innovation Project Management certifications (e.g., CAPM, PMP) are a plus PowerBI experience Experience with insurance Agency Management Solutions (e.g., Applied Epic) We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. Requirements
