About The Position

The IT Analyst will provide administration and end-user support for enterprise SaaS solutions, including Laserfiche, procure-to-pay (P2P) systems, and other financial and content management platforms. As part of the Financial and Digital Solutions team, you'll work in a highly collaborative environment that values creativity, innovation, and timely solutions for our campus users.

Requirements

Requires bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree preferably in technical or business-related discipline.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Five or more years of relevant experience administrating and supporting some combination of the following: Laserfiche, procure-to-pay (P2) systems, or other enterprise SaaS platforms.
Knowledge and understanding of integration tools and processes, including relational databases and database connections.
Understanding of enterprise-wide systems with ability to design and support solutions for growth and scalability across multiple business functions and departments.
