We’re seeking a sharp, trusted, and highly autonomous Enterprise Solutions Engineer to help drive NinjaOne’s expansion into the enterprise market. This is a builder role—your chance to shape how we engage complex accounts, scale technical wins, and define what great looks like in enterprise pre-sales. You’ll own the full technical sales cycle—from discovery and architecture through proof-of-concept and implementation—while partnering closely with AEs to influence deal strategy and deliver real-world impact. You won’t just run demos—you’ll build the playbooks, tools, and repeatable processes that help us scale. If you’ve done this before in B2B SaaS, thrive in high-stakes environments, and want your work to directly shape the next chapter of NinjaOne’s growth, we’d love to hear from you. Location: We are flexible on remote work from home if you reside in one of the following U.S. states: CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, MD, ME, NC, NJ, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA & WA. Preference will be given to those residing in the DFW market or willing to relocate unassisted. Travel Requirement: Up to 30%, including strategic customer meetings, industry events, and team collaboration.
