We’re seeking a sharp, trusted, and highly autonomous Senior Enterprise Solutions Engineer to help drive NinjaOne’s expansion into the State, Local, and Education (SLED) market. This is a builder role—your chance to shape how we engage complex public sector accounts, scale technical wins, and define what great looks like in enterprise pre-sales. You’ll own the full technical sales cycle—from discovery and architecture through proof-of-concept and implementation—while partnering closely with Account Executives to influence deal strategy and deliver measurable impact. You won’t just run demos—you’ll build the playbooks, tools, and repeatable processes that help us scale.
