About The Position

This role is a senior pre-sales technical position responsible for designing and delivering multi-tower enterprise solutions across complex client environments. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Consulting, and Client Success teams to develop solutions that align with client business and technical requirements while driving transformation, re-platforming, and managed services initiatives. The position requires leading cross-functional teams, fostering executive-level relationships, and owning the overall technical solution from discovery through handover to delivery. You will also support pricing, contractual, and financial aspects of proposals and act as a trusted advisor for clients. This role offers exposure to high-value enterprise deals, cloud and hybrid technologies, and opportunities to shape strategic client outcomes in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Requirements

• 15+ years of technical experience, with at least 10 years in a service provider or managed service provider environment.
• Proven pre-sales experience in solution architecture for managed services, cloud, data center, or transformation solutions.
• Successfully delivered 10+ IT outsourcing, cloud, managed services, or transformation deals with $50M+ TCV.
• Strong understanding of complex technical solution selling, IT outsourcing contracts, financial modeling, and negotiation.
• Broad technical knowledge across data center, hosting, hybrid cloud, networking, security, end-user services, DevOps, BC/DR, and IT governance.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid solutions preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and influencing skills at the C-level.
• Ability to work independently, manage high project demand, and operate under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline; industry certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead architect for multi-tower enterprise solution pursuits, collaborating with Sales, Consulting, and Delivery teams to create solution and delivery strategies.
• Conduct discovery, assessment, and solution development workshops to craft client-centric technical solutions.
• Develop and document technical solutions that address client business needs, enable transformation, and support evolving technology requirements.
• Present technical solutions and business cases to internal and client stakeholders, fostering executive-level confidence.
• Support deal structuring, pricing, and contract negotiation, including SOW, MSA, and sub-contract agreements.
• Ensure smooth handover of solutions to delivery and operations teams, providing post-close consulting and knowledge transfer.
• Participate in industry conferences, consulting reviews, and internal knowledge sharing to promote innovation and best practices.
